1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMM.YFG.WORLD ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YFG.WORLD, the operator of this Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to access most features of the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support contact if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

a. Plans The Platform offers paid subscription plans (Starter, StartUp, and others as listed on the pricing page), billed Monthly, Yearly, or as a Lifetime purchase.

b. Payment Payments are processed via Stripe and other supported payment gateways. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

c. Renewals Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

d. Refunds Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds for partially used billing periods. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of charge via the contact page.

e. Price Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful social media management purposes. You agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Platform in accordance with the terms of service of each social media platform you connect
• Maintain ownership or authorization for all content you publish through the Platform

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law
• Publish spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or third-party systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform
• Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written consent
• Use automated bots or scripts outside of the Platform's provided features to abuse the Service
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform's infrastructure

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

The Platform integrates with third-party social media networks (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with each respective platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and API usage policies.

We are not liable for actions taken against your accounts by third-party social media platforms.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Platform provides AI Publishing and AI Contents features. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a draft tool and may not be accurate or suitable for all purposes
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated output
• Use of AI features must comply with applicable laws including any regulations on automated content disclosure

9. Intellectual Property

a. Our Content All trademarks, logos, platform design, code, and content provided by us are our exclusive property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. Your Content You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

c. Feedback Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

10. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all express and implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YFG.WORLD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Platform is operated. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YFG.WORLD regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
